Education System in the Republic of Uzbekistan: Legal Guarantees and Development Directions

Abstract

The article analyzes the right of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to education on the basis of national legislation and international law. It examines the guarantees established by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On Education", the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Particular attention is paid to digitalization, territorial equality, professional development of teachers, and the adaptation of international experience to the national education system.
