The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing the management culture of executive personnel in the context of digital transformation. As the rapid development of digital technologies introduces new approaches to management activities, the development of executives' professional competencies, management culture, and digital leadership potential has become a pressing issue. The aim of the study is to analyze the theoretical foundations of developing the management culture of executive personnel amidst digital transformation and to formulate practical recommendations for its enhancement. The study employed methods such as systems analysis, comparative analysis, the synthesis of scientific literature, and content analysis.
